In Brandon, Florida, a man named Logan Wilson was arrested after shoplifting with his puppy at a local Bass Pro Shop. Wilson was also charged with carrying methamphetamine.
Although Wilson will have to wait to be bailed out of jail to reunite with his pup, the Hillsborough Police Department made sure the little guy would be taken care of by Hillsborough County Animal Services in the meantime.
However, just in case Wilson has to stay put in custody for a long period of time, the shelter has put the little one up on their website as “pre-adoptable”, according to WTSP reports.
