Cute or cruel?
Someone in Las Vegas has been putting tiny cowboy hats on pigeons and local animal rescue groups are doing their best to safely remove them.
The cowboy pigeons were first spotted earlier this month, to the delight of many...however a few animal rescue groups say there may be negative impacts on birds.
Mariah Hillman from the pigeon advocacy group Lofty Hopes is concerned that the hats may impact their vision or attract predators.
She also has concerned as to how they were placed on their heads and what the damage may be from it.
