CNBC's and KFI's Jane Wells is hitting the courtroom to cover the Elon Musk "Pedo Guy" defamation case.
The Tesla and SpaceX CEO has been testifying in his own defense at the trial for a defamation suit filed by a British diver who Musk called a "pedo guy' on social media.
The billionaire apologized for the comment, but is claiming the remark was done in response to an "unprovoked" insult by the diver Vernon Unsworth.
