If you don't remember Joe Biden's story about the gang member "Corn Pop", we covered it here.
All you need to know is that Corn Pop was a gang member who Biden had an encounter with when he was a teenage life guard.
He told this story to a group of people in front of a pool during some kind of ceremony.
Well, someone found some footage of what he said before that story:
The poster never gave any context as to why Joe Biden decided to talk about his leg hair and how kids used to rub their hands on them. Also, was he referring to kids and "roaches"? And he liked it when they would jump on his lap? What a bizarre story!
