Another day, another incident at a Popeyes in Tennessee...this time involving some alleged hateful language and a body slam.
Viral video of the incident shows a woman getting into an argument with employees over a charge on her food bill.
Things escalated when it was alleged she used the N-word and she was being forced to leave the restaurant.
The video then shows the woman walking out of the restaurant, followed by several employees including a man who appears to lift her off the ground and slam her on to the pavement.
The woman's attorney says her client suffered nine fractures, including six broken ribs and a broken knee.
Police have made an arrest and the man in question faces aggravated assault charges.
