Kacey Montoya is a reporter and does the weather at KTLA in Los Angeles. She joined the station in 2013 after working in Oregon, Palm Springs and West Virginia. The Orange County native spent her childhood in Dallas but returned to LA to go to Cal State Northridge (CSUN) for her broadcast journalism degree. Kacey uses her platform to help dogs with her Fix' n Fidos Non-Profit Spay/Neuter program. She's won awards for her reporting on the Pawsitive Change inmate/canine program.
