Two Men Suspected of South L.A. Home Invasion Robbery Sought

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - Authorities asked for the public's help this morning in identifying two men suspected of carrying out a home invasion robbery in unincorporated Green Meadows near South Los Angeles.

The robbery occurred about 10:15 a.m. Friday in the 1400 block of 95th Street, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

The first suspect pulled a gun and entered the home and ordered those inside to the back of the house at gunpoint and fired at least one shot while inside the home, the sheriff's department said.

The second suspect used zip ties to tie up the people, then both ransacked the home and fled with the victims' personal property, the LASD said.

Both suspects were described as black and 30 to 39 years old. The first suspect was wearing camouflage pants, a black t-shirt, a tan cap and tan- colored shoes. The second was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans, the sheriff's department said.

Anyone with information about these home invasion suspects was asked to contact sheriff's Detective M. Jimenez-Ramirez at 323-820-6775 or by email at M4Jimene@lasd.org.
