The winner of this year's "World's Ugliest Dog" has been crowned and he's quite the scamp....
Scamp the Tramp that is!
Scamp was adopted by Yvonee Morones from a shelter who picked him up off the streets in Compton nearly seven years ago.
Morones says this was Scamp's fourth competition, coming in second last year.
The duo won $1,500 to take home, another $1,500 to donate to a shelter and a trip to New York City to appear on the Today show.
