The minor league baseball team, the Fresno Grizzlies, are losing major sponsors over a video they released as a Memorial Day tribute.
The issue with the video being that it featured a speech by late president Ronald Reagan and used the audio to liken Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to Kim Jong Un and Fidel Castro as an "enemy of freedom" (video below).
After mass backlash, Sun-Maid terminated its sponsorship, acknowledging the Grizzlies' apology to Ocasio-Cortez, but that dropping the deal was the right thing to do.
Later, Dos Equis and Tecate withdrew their sponsorship as well, making clear that the views expressed in the video do not reflect their companies.
