Three people have been taken into custody after allegedly running over a woman in a purse grab gone wrong in Garden Grove.
The incident was captured on nearby surveillance video and shows a man running behind the 32-year-old woman and aggressively throw her to the ground as he tries to take her purse.
Another view shows the group of men leave their van and the woman holding on to her purse is seen fighting with the suspect.
As the suspect moves to the passenger side of the van, the woman is still holding on as they begin to drive off as she's being dragged alongside.
She suffered traumatic injuries and died hours later at a nearby hospital.
