Presidential hopeful Corey Booker has announced his plans for gun control if he wins the presidency.
The New Jersey senator says he would use his executive powers to implement a federal licensing program, the fingerprinting of gun owners, and a safety training course.
"My plan to address gun violence is simple, we will make it harder for people who should not have a gun to get one."
Booker says he would make the order his first priority and would also close gun show loophole purchases and the "boyfriend" loophole to stop those who aren't married from obtaining a weapon if convicted of domestic violence.
