While most would assume you'd be safe from sexual harassment claims with a handshake, experts say why even risk it.
It doesn't hurt to be mindful of appropriate physical contact. Everyone's level of comfort differs.
It just seems to be going to another level of extreme banning ALL physical contact.
Companies rather be safe, so I guess it makes sense.
