Well, sometimes you have no choice but to get up and do things yourself.
Twelve-year old Monte Scott of Muskegon Heights learned this the hard way.
His street was filled with nothing but potholes.
So he grabbed a shovel and dirt from his backyard and started doing it himself.
“I didn't want people messing up their cars like my mom did,” Monte Scott said. “If somebody were to drive down the street and hit a pothole, and then would have to pay like $600-700 to get their car fixed, they would be mad."
What a kid.
Instead of staying and playing video games, he's out on the street doing free work for his community.
Can Monte come out to Los Angeles?
