We know that is likely not true...but it didn't stop us from gagging at the thought.
Fox & Friends host, Pete Hegseth, says not only does he not believe in germs, but that it's been almost a decade since he's washed his hands.
It all started on Sunday when he was called out for eating day old pizza that was left on the set.
Hegseth, who wasn't bothered by his snack, said he doesn't worry about getting sick because "germs are not a real thing."
Then I'm sure to screw with his co-hosts further, he revealed;
"I don't think I've washed my hands for 10 years. Really, I don't really wash my hands ever."
And if you're wondering why does Hegseth believe he's immune to germs?
"I can't see them. Therefore, they're not real."
Again, take this all with a Purell soaked grain of salt....but ICK.
