VAN NUYS (CNS) - A Van Nuys man told police he arrived home to find his wife and teenage son dead and a homicide investigation was underway today, authorities said.
The bodies of the woman in her 40s and 13-year-old boy were found about 11 p.m. Wednesday in a home in the 13800 block of Oxnard Street in the Valley Glen neighborhood, Officer Norma Eisenman of the Los Angeles Police Department's Media Relations Section said.
“There is trauma,” Eisenman said. “It is being investigated as a homicide.”
The father was cooperating with police and there was no suspect information, she said.
Names have not yet been released.
