SANTA ANA (CNS) - A 23-year-old after-school instructor accused last week of molesting three girls was arrested again today when a fourth alleged victim came forward, Santa Ana police said.
Eddy Bustamante Infante of Santa Ana, who worked as an after-school teacher at Greeneville Elementary School since 2015, was arrested Friday on suspicion of aggravated sexual assault of a child, Santa Ana Police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna said. Infante posted bail and was released over the weekend.
Responding to a public plea for more information about Infante, another victim came forward, Bertagna said. The alleged victim said she was 6 when he sexually assaulted her. Infante's new bail was set at $5 million, Bertagna said.
