Meet Robert Mitchell, a 29-year-old Tennessee man who was recently stopped for speeding and leading local police on a short chase through Downtown Nashville.
When he did finally pull over, can you believe it? Ol' Bobby refused to cooperate, and even tried to get away again.
Well that was enough for the police to put their feet down and go ahead and arrest Mitchell.
