LOS ANGELES (CNS) - Los Angeles police today circulated a photo of a 24-year-old missing woman who they say was recently a victim of domestic violence.
Veronica Vargas was last seen about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday near the 2600 block of North Figueroa Street in Cypress Park. Her family has not seen or heard from her, and they are concerned for her safety, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Vargas is Hispanic, 5-foot-1 and weighs about 120 pounds, She has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black dress, police said.
