Santa Ana Riverbed Homeless About to Lose Their Hotel Rooms

A conference to review the status of the Santa Ana Riverbed Homeless is set for Saturday, March 17. The conference will take place at Santa Ana's City Hall ahead of the motel stays for the 600 homeless are set to expire.

Eleven people will be removed from motel rooms and the judge presiding over the case denied the request from the homeless' lawyers to extend the motel stays. However, the judge did order the county to monitor the movements of the evicted homeless, making sure that their attorneys keep track of where they go once they leave the motel.
