#TechTalk: E3 Is Here & Video Games Are All The Talk!

E3 is here!

And our man @Marc_Saltzman is there!

(Well, technically, he is here in studio today...but he's also doing a bunch of work there this week!)

When you think about gamers, you probably think of a teenage boy sitting in his room with a big bottle of Mountain Dew and a bag of chips.

Honestly, you're not wrong.

But, that's actually the minority at this point.

Recent studies outlined in USA Today show that 46% of gamers are now females.

And, possibly more surprisingly, there are more gamers over the age of 50 than there are teenage boy gamers.

How could this be?

Well, first you need to know what a gamer is. A gamer is simply somebody that plays video games at least one hour per week.

So, when you start including tablet and cell phone games like Angry Birds and Candy Crush, you start including a lot of older people that use these games for easy, fun ways to pass the time.

@GaryandShannon talked with Marc about this, everything E3, and more!
