The Internet Is Going Nuts Over Apple's New iPhone

After months of speculation Apple has unveiled the latest iPhones. 10 years after the original iPhone transformed the smartphone, Apple has stepped up it's game with the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and the iPhone X(pronounced ten). 

The iPhone X is removes the home button and features a Super Retina Display that offers a resolution of 2,436 x 1,125 on the 5.8 inch phone. The phone features Face ID, which allows you to unlock the phone with your face. The advanced A11 Bionic neural engine will be able to recognize your face in low-light conditions, even if you are wearing a hat or decide to grow a beard.

The iPhone X starts at $999 with 64GB of storage. You can pre-order on October 27th and will get it on November 3rd. 

The iPhone will also feature new Emojis that you can control with your face. 

The iPhone 8 and 8 Plus are made from aerospace-grade custom aluminum alloy, with glass on the front and back, and will come in silver, gray and gold. They feature a brand new Retina HD display that is 4.7 and 5.5 inches, respectively. The phones will have two 12 megapixel cameras and a video camera that can shoot at 1080p at 240 FPS. The phones will also allow wireless charging, a feature that users have been waiting years for. The iPhone 8 starts at 64GB costs $699 and up. The iPhone 8 Plus also starts at 64GB and will cost $799.

The new phones are designed with Augmented Reality in mind. A few photos show apps like MLB's At Bat app with stats and player photos layered over a baseball stadium. Another app showed an evening sky with constellations mapped over it.  

Apple also unveiled the Apple Watch Series 3. The latest version of the watch will cost $329 without LTE and $399 with it. The Series 3 will offer black, gray and pink bands. It boasts a dual core processor that is 70% faster than previous watches, an altimeter, cellular radio, and a battery that lasts the entire day.

It also allows you to make calls directly from the watch. 

Apple also showed off it's new Apple TV which will bring together HDR and 4K technology. The company says hat means the Apple TV will have the best picture quality possible, which Amazon products have supported for two years. Apple announced it had secured content in 4K for iTunes and will not raise prices in the move from HD. The company also announced that the Apple TV app will be available in countries outside the US for the first time, and will launch live sports and news programming. The new Apple TV will begin at $179.
