Overwhelmed Ohio Morgue wheels in death trailer

This country has a serious opioid addiction problem.  Things are so bad in Ohio, that one morgue has had to bring out a 20-foot-long air conditioned trailer with enough room for 18 bodies.

The Stark County coroner has wheeled out the "cold storage mass causality trailer" because the morgue has been overflowing with bodies.  Nearly half of the victims died from drug overdoses.

Stark County investigator Rick Walters says drug deaths are getting out of hand:

"We're up 20 percent this year.  Our suicide rate is also up. The drug problem is costing us a significant amount of money. We're spending five digits every month on toxicology tests."

And people are dying from some crazy drug cocktails, like mixing meth with carfentanil.

According to Walters, carfentanil is an "animal tranquilizer 100 times more powerful than fentanyl.  It's used on big animals like elephants and tigers. It's crazy."

Nice.

More and more of this crap is happening all across the country.  It's horrible.

In Ohio the drug overdose rate for 2015 was 29.9% per 100,000 people.  That's seriously out of hand!

This is why we need jobs in this country.  When people work, they have less time and desire to sit around and do dangerous drugs all day.
