A Georgia firefighter is being hailed as a hero after video released showed him catching a child being thrown from a burning building.
The video was released by the DeKalb County Fire Rescue Department on Facebook and shows Captain Scott Stroup catching the girl and carrying her to safety.
Local news outlets say the apartment fire displaced about 80 people and rescue crews saved 12 people, including eight children.
