A speeding car hit the median and flew into the second story of a Santa Ana dental office.
Authorities say the white Nissan Altima was traveling at high speeds before crashing into a median and launching itself into the building and lodging itself in its side.
Those inside the car suffered minor injuries and were extracted.
Officials says the driver admitted to using narcotics and was admitted to a local hospital for observation.
