Perhaps, in an odd twist of fate, it seemed like the coyote was patiently anticipating the arrival of an Acme package.
On a Friday afternoon, a San Francisco family returned to their residence, only to stumble upon a wild coyote peacefully lounging on a porch couch, as reported by animal control officials.
The startled family, understandably taken aback, promptly reached out to San Francisco Animal Care and Control, prompting the dispatch of one of their representatives to the scene.
"Officer Mullen encouraged this sleepy coyote couch potato to move along and find a more coyote-appropriate, but less comfy, place to sleep," reads a post on the organization’s X account. "He listened and followed her advice."
