President Biden is advancing yet another scheme to eliminate student debt.
The Biden Administration said on Friday that it would forgive $39 billion in debt for over 800,000 borrowers, who would be contacted in the coming weeks.
The news comes just two weeks after the Supreme Court rejected Biden's plan to forgive more than 3.4 million student loan holders.
Education Secretary Miguel Cardona stated, "This Administration will not stop fighting to level the playing field in higher education."
