- Police say Nazly Ortiz and her partner Benjamin Greene confronted another driver on Tuesday afternoon, assaulted him, then fired shots through the back window as the victim tried to flee.
- The victim was traveling with his two-year-old son in the car. The child was unharmed while the victim was treated for a possible graze wound.
- Ortiz is charged with aggravated assault while Greene is charged with assault.
