Kellogg announced on Tuesday that it would be splitting its company into three separate entities.
- The three businesses will focus on snacks, plant-based foods, and cereals.
- “After several years of transformation and improving results, the Company believes it is the right time to separate these businesses so they may pursue their particular strategic priorities," Kellogg said in a statement.
- While little details are known about the change, the complete transition of companies is expected to be complete in 2023.
