When you picture decorating your home for Halloween, do you imagine it having a Cookie Monster theme? Well, Lisa Boll from York County in Pennsylvania sure did! Boll is a huge fan of Sesame Street. Because the program is celebrating its 50th anniversary, Boll thought it would be a perfect statement piece for her home.
The giant Cookie Monster surrounding Boll's front doorway is made out of vines and blue spray paint. People driving by can't help but stop for a picture next to the Cookie Monster masterpiece. Boll told 6ABC, "It was surprising how many people get a big kick out of it, so it's good, it's fun for Halloween and it's not a horror thing so it appeals to kids under the age of three; it's not scary." We here at the Conway Show also get a kick out of the ginormous Cookie Monster engulfing Boll's home.
