Corey Feldman told The Hollywood Reporter in 2016 that he would name the people who abused him sexually when he was a child actor. In the wake of the sexual assaults in Hollywood coming to light in the last few weeks, it looks like he's ready to fulfill that promise.
Feldman appeared on Dr. Oz's show and openly named one man who he claims molested him - actor John Grissom. Feldman told Dr. Oz more names off camera, he was not prepared to publicly name his other abusers at this time.
"I believe that I can also bring down, potentially, a pedophile ring that I've been aware of since I was a child," Feldman told Dr. Oz.
After this revelations, Feldman and Dr. Oz called the LAPD live on the air to officially report Grissom.
Grissom has a 2001 arrest for child molestation charges and he was found guilty in 2003 but is not a registered sex offender for the state of California.
Grissom is not a famous actor, he only has two credits on his IMDB page, both films starring Corey Haim and Corey Feldman - “License to Drive” (1988) and 1989’s “Dream a Little Dream.”
Feldman is trying to finance a film that he says will reveal more names of abusers in Hollywood taking advantage of children in the industry. His fundraising page - Corey Feldman's TRUTH Campaign - has already raised more than $180,000.
