On April 10th, Cedric Anderson shot and killed his wife Karen Smith and an innocent student, 8 year-old Jonathan Martinez at North Park Elementary in San Bernardino. Anderson then killed himself. Nolan Brandy,a 9 year-old student that was standing near Smith was injured but survived.
New video of Anderson attempting to enter the school then being buzzed in has been released.
Protocol for visitors has been changed since the tragedy.
