Southwest Airlines will stop the practice of overbooking flights after United Airlines provided an example of how horrible customer service could impact its' reputation. Southwest admitted to bumping 15,000 passengers off their flights last year. The airlines said they would sell more tickets than the number of seats available because of how often passengers didn't show up.
