Riverside District Attorney Mike Hestrin talked to John & Ken about this milestone case in California, in which a person who knowingly supplied fentanyl was convicted of murder by a jury.
Vicente David Romero knowingly gave 26 year old Kelsey King fentanyl on June 16, 2020, in Temecula which lead an overdose death.
Romero will spend 15 years to life in prison.
