The city of Eagle Pass, Texas has declared a state of emergency after 4,000 migrants crossed from Mexico illegally. Officials say many of the migrants are from Venezuela but the sheer number of people coming into the city has overwhelmed the local shelter, causing a potential crisis for Eagle Pass. The city's mayor, Rolando Salinas says the recent influx of migrants coming into Eagle Pass in the past week is roughly 50% of the city's population of 29,000.
