The President's fail-son has been indicted on three federal gun charges for allegedly possessing guns while using narcotics. He lied on official forms while acquiring a Colt Cobra revolver saying he was not a narcotics user. Two of the counts carry a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison if convicted and the third charge could bring an additional five years. Each count could see Biden being fined a maximum of $250,000 for each charge. This is the first time a son of the sitting president has been charged with federal crimes in U.S. history. A Trump-appointed judge, David Weiss is overseeing the case.
