Hunter Biden's plea deal on tax and gun charges hit a snag on Wednesday when it was rejected by a federal judge.
Biden was in court to plead guilty to felony gun possession and failure to pay income tax, as part of a deal that would not include any prison time.
But U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika refused to accept the deal, calling it "unusual" with "non-standard terms".
A revised agreement was submitted, but Judge Noreika ended Wednesday's hearing without accepting it - requesting more explanation from attorneys on both sides.
