Americans are becoming less productive...

Data shows that the U.S. workforce is not as productive as it was even just a year ago.

And analysts say the shift could have a profound effect on the country's well-being.

An economist with ZipRecruiter claims, “Productivity is the fuel of our economy and if it continues to decline, the U.S. economy will shrink, quality of life will go down, opportunities will dry up, and innovation and ideas will go elsewhere.”

There are likely a number of factors contributing to the productivity drop, but burnout and frustration are part of it.
