At least 13 dead in Barcelona terror attack - Video of bloody aftermath

Driss Oukabir has been arrested as the suspect who plowed a van into a crowd in Barcelona, killing at least 13 people and injuring 100 more.

You can see footage of the bloody aftermath below. Warning, the video is graphic:

Police are still trying to confirm if Oukabir is the actual culprit.

Spanish newspaper La Vanguardia says that a man identifying himself as Driss Oukabir walked into a police station claiming that his legal documents were stolen.

The mayor of Ripoll, the town where the man claiming to be Oukabir entered a police station, told the police:

"Upon seeing his photo in the media, he came to the police station to explain that his documents had been stolen.”

The Mayor believes it's possible that Oukabir's younger 18-year-old brother, Moussa, stole the documents. Vanguardia says Moussa Oukabir lives in Barcelona, and that Driss Oukabir is a French National.

The attack happened on Las Ramblas of Barcelona, a famous pedestrian walk way that crosses the city.

Security forces found a second van connected to the attack about 40 miles away, in the town of Vic. There was a shootout with a second suspect resulting in his death.
