A woman from Bucks County, Pennsylvania says that when she took a bite of her Chick-fil-A sandwich last year, she discovered a dead mouse baked into the bun.
46-year-old Ellen Manfalouti filed a lawsuit after she found the rodent:
“I felt something funny on the bottom of the bun. I turned it over. I said to [my coworker], ‘They burned my roll really bad.’ ”
Her coworker, Cara Phelan, noticed something was clearly wrong with the sandwich immediately after Manfalouti threw it on the table:
"I realized it was a small rodent of some sort. I could see the whiskers and the tail.”

Manfalouti is seeking $50,000 for the November incident. Her lawyer, Bill Davis, said laboratory testing confirmed that the bun contained a small mouse or rat.
Dave Heffernan, who owns the franchise where the sandwich was sold, hasn't commented on the lawsuit. He told Philly.com:
"We’re not going to make any comment about any allegations. It’s an ongoing allegation and investigation.”
