Bryan Cranston, the lead actor of Breaking Bad, has confirmed on the Dan Patrick Show that the show's creator Vince Gilligan is working on a two-hour movie.
“It’s a great story, and there’s a lot of people who felt that they wanted to see some kind of completion to these story lines that were left open, and this idea, from what I’m told, gets into those...at least a couple of the characters who were not completed, as far as their journey.”
The story is rumored to follow Heisenberg's pupil, Jesse Pinkman, on the next steps of his life following the series finale.
Breaking Bad aired on AMC for five seasons and won 16 Emmy's.
With a strong 96% Rotten Tomatoes rating, the series has a strong fan following.
