Shark Slaps Surfer In The Face

When Animals Attack... they definitely leave a mark..

Kara Haun, experienced surfer of fifteen years, learned this lesson first hand in an unusual way.

During a morning swim in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, Kara Haun had been peacefully out in the water for 45 minutes when she was suddenly taken by surprise and was slapped by a shark.

Let me say that again.

Kara Haun, an experienced surfer of 15 years, was surfing not far from shore.....

When an spinner shark jumped out of water, slapping her in the face and leaving her with a black eye. 

Haun was able to get back to shore safely with no more injuries other than the black eye and sore muscles.
