One Killed, One Expected to Survive Injuries From Street Fight in Fullerton

FULLERTON (CNS) - One man was killed and another expected to survive from injuries suffered during a gang-related street fight in Fullerton, authorities said Thursday.

Officers responding about 6:15 p.m. Wednesday to the 2400 block of West Valencia Avenue regarding reports of a fight in progress located two 20- year-old men lying in the street with significant stab wounds, said Kristy Wells of the Fullerton Police Department.

Paramedics rushed them both to a hospital, where one was pronounced dead and the other was expected to survive.

"At this time, the suspects are still at large," Wells said. "Based on the initial investigations, it appears this incident may be gang-related."
