The awards show celebrates the most-played artists and songs on iHeartRadio stations and the iHeartRadio app throughout 2023, while also offering a preview of the upcoming hits of 2024, organizers said.

The ceremony, hosted by Ludacris and broadcast on Fox, will also feature performances by Justin Timberlake, Green Day, TLC, Jelly Roll, Lainey Wilson and Tate McRae.

During the ceremony, Beyoncé will receive the iHeart Innovator Award. Show organizers called her an "unstoppable icon" who has "created music that has topped the charts across multiple formats."

Cher will receive the iHeart Icon Award, honoring her seven decades of contributions to music and pop culture.
