ANAHEIM (CNS) - A 49-year-old Anaheim man was fatally shot Wednesday in the city.
Police were dispatched just after 3:15 a.m. to the 200 block of East Wakefield Avenue regarding the shooting, police said. When officers arrived they found Marcy Aguilar, who had collapsed on an apartment porch, police said.
Aguilar, who was shot at least once, was taken to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
