CANOGA PARK (CNS) - At least two businesses, reportedly Jewish-owned, were vandalized early Monday in Canoga Park, and an investigation was underway.
Officers went to the 6800 block of Topanga Canyon Boulevard on "alarm calls" at 2:28 a.m. and again about an hour afterward, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
No arrests were reported, and no suspect description was available. The businesses are a paint store and a fast-food restaurant. A similar crime reportedly occurred at a tire shop.
According to media reports, the businesses are Jewish-owned and were targeted by a person who threw rocks through windows.
It was unclear if the same suspect was involved in other similar crimes in Woodland Hills in recent days.
