DOWNEY (CNS) - The public's help was sought Wednesday by authorities in locating a 15-year-old girl last seen in Downey.
Aleena Nicole Garcia was last on Dec. 26 around 6:45 p.m. at the Stonewood Shopping Center in the 200 block of Stonewood Street, according to the Sheriff's Information Bureau.
Deputies described Garcia as a 5-foot-4-inch tall Hispanic girl weighing 105 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. She also has a crown tattoo over her right eyebrow, a tattoo of ``junior" on her left hand and dental braces.
Garcia was last seen wearing a black jacket, tan-colored pants and black Nike shoes.
Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts was urged to call the Century Sheriff's Station at 323-568-4918. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
