LOS ANGELES (CNS) - A founding member of media organization One True King is suing a fellow influencer for defamation, alleging the woman falsely accused him of rape in retaliation for not making the commitment to her that she wanted.

Rich Campbell's Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit against Azalia Lexi also alleges contract interference and intentional infliction of emotional distress. He seeks unspecified compensatory and punitive damages.

Lexi did not immediately reply to a request for comment on the suit brought Dec. 15. Her real name is Alexis Marie Krpan.

"This is the all-too-typical case of a superfan, or groupie, who has consensual sex with her crush, in this case a popular influencer, demands more of her crush's time than he can give, and then, when he rejects her demands for a serious relationship, retaliates against him by trying to tarnish his reputation and have him cancelled by posting lies on the internet accusing him of rape," the suit states.

Campbell is a popular social media influencer, content creator and digital talent for the video-gaming industry as well as a co-founder of OTK Media Inc., which created online content on the streaming platform Twitch and previously created content for various video games, including World of Warcraft.

Lexi, an online influencer, OnlyFans model and alleged gamer groupie, has a history of making false rape allegations and now alleges that Campbell sexually assaulted her when she invited herself over to his home after midnight after a night on the town with her friends, the suit states.

The former flight attendant made more than a dozen social media posts and comments between Dec. 15, 2022, and June 29 of this year alleging that Campbell raped her, allegations that are "ludicrous and an absolute lie" in consideration that after meeting in 2018, the pair by 2019 had "engaged in consensual intercourse on numerous occasions," the suit states.

Lexi often flew to various U.S. cities to see Campbell at E-sports events such as the Call of Duty League and many times they were intimate, the suit states. Lexi has admitted her relationship with Campbell was sexual and he rebuffed her requests for a serious relationship because he was not "in the position" to do so, resulting in an argument between the pair at his apartment in January 2022, the suit states.

Nearly a year later, Lexi maintained on X that Campbell sexually assaulted and raped her during the January 2022 dispute between the pair and in June of this year posted on the Twitter page of Campbell's celebrity girlfriend, Mia Malkova, that her boyfriend is a "rapist," the suit states.

Lexi's posts were read thousands of times and Campbell alleges that she intended the post to be understood as referring to Campbell, which prompted his OTK partners to step down from the business, the suit states.

Based on his earnings in 2022, Campbell expected to make about $1.8 million in 2023 through Twitch revenue and contracted sponsorships, according to the suit, which further states that the plaintiff "has not been paid a single dollar" since Lexi's alleged defamation.

"Therefore, Campbell takes legal action against Krpan to reclaim his reputation and unveil (Lexi) as a fraud once and for all," the suit states.
