PARAMOUNT (CNS) - Authorities sought the public's help Monday to find a 32-year-old man who requires medication and was last seen in Paramount.
Joseph Robert Forkland, who also goes by Joe, was last seen in the 15600 block of Aravaca Drive, near Frank J. Zamboni Middle School, on Aug. 18 around 6 p.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Deputies described him as a 5-foot-10-inch Black man weighing 220 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He also has a beard and a tattoo of "FORKLAND" on his left arm.
According to the sheriff's department, Forkland was last seen wearing a red and white T-shirt, black basketball shorts, and black sandals. Family members are concerned about Forkland's well-being due to his unspecified medical condition. Deputies presumed that he suffers from depression.
