LOS ANGELES (CNS) - A woman hiking in a remote area of Temescal Canyon suffered an ankle injury Sunday and was transported to a hospital for her injuries, authorities said.
Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched at 10:48 a.m. Sunday to 1598 Bienveneda Ave., the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
The woman was airlifted to a hospital for treatment of the injury.
