A new article released on Saturday by two New York Times reporters is bringing Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh back into the #MeToo spotlight. The reporters say the new information released contains yet another sexual misconduct allegation against Kavanaugh during his time at Yale.

The op-ed, written by Robin Pogrebin and Kate Kelly of the Times, focuses on a story from one of Kavanaugh's classmates at the time. According to Max Stier, he once saw the now Supreme Court Justice at a party with his pants down, letting one of his friends push his penis into the hands of another female student.

According to the Times report, the FBI never investigated the incident.

But keep in mind, this new op-ed is all part of a Times investigation into Brett Kavanaugh's life in school for their upcoming book, "The Education of Brett Kavanaugh: An Investigation."
